While I’ve not been taking on any website for a few years, I was persuaded to knock up a very simple author website for someone who contacted me via Instagram.
The author “Chris Rider” is based in Kentish Town in London, and was struggling to get a grip on a web presence to announce his coming trilogy of books. So I helped him with a website and linking to social media platforms.
Be warned: If you visit the website, his books are on the “spicy side” or so I’m told. Nothing on the website is dodgy though, the couple of pages and images are SFW.
The website is hosted on my server on Fasthots as per the other websites I’ve created for myself and others. I kept it really simple not even using PHP for this sone, it wasn’t needed – just some simple layout and CSS making sure it looks OK on mobile devices and desktops.
